Azalia's Heart, The Azalia Walker Edwards Foundation

Azalia’s Heart, The Azalia Walker Edwards Foundation was founded in November 2020 and incorporated in December 2020 as a nonprofit, 501(C)(3) community outreach foundation. The founders are DaVen, Dionne, Hakim, and Geneva Lewis. Our Board of Directors consist of eleven servant leaders with hearts for helping citizens improve their quality of lives. Our goal is to help citizens get on their feet to sustain their quality of life. We have served over 3500 citizens over the last 17 years.

We provide food and essential items to the homeless and underserved citizens of the New Orleans Metropolitan area. We also volunteer in areas were citizens are affected by disasters.
