Dress for Success New Orleans is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that partners with more than 50 local agencies to identify women who, with a hand up—not a handout—are ready to achieve employment and economic independence. We believe that when women gain meaningful employment and financial stability, their families and the entire community thrive.
The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.
Through personalized programs and a continuum of services,
DFSNO serves over 700 women each year—supporting them as they move from unemployed and seeking work, to newly employed and adjusting, to thriving in their careers.
All services are offered free of charge and include:
The Suiting Program
The Coca-Cola Foundation Hospitality Corner
Capital One Career Center
Employment Retention Program
Women2Women Mentoring Program
