The prestigious National WWII Museum is recruiting volunteers! Recognized globally and consistently ranked as the #1 Visitor Attraction in New Orleans by TripAdvisor, the Museum is soon to expand its campus.
In early November, the Museum will open the highly anticipated Liberation Pavilion, its final permanent exhibit hall. Liberation will explore the end of World War II, the Holocaust, the postwar years, and how the war continues to impact our lives today. The three-story building will house two floors of exhibit space, as well as a third-floor theater offering audiences a brand-new cinematic experience. We will therefore be expanding our volunteer pool significantly over the next few months in anticipation of this exciting new addition to our museum campus.
Experienced volunteer or novice, if you have a connection to or simply an interest in “the war that changed the world” and are able to commit to at least one 4½ -hour shift per week, morning or evening, for a minimum of 9 months, please complete a Volunteer Application located at this link on our website: www.nationalww2museum.org/about-us/our-team/volunteer/volunteer-opportunities.
