You are the key link between the celebration and the community! Your work ensures that every neighbor and local business knows how to join this vital cultural event, guaranteeing a high turnout for a beautiful commemoration. This is our most flexible volunteer role!
Position Details
· Role: Neighborhood Outreach Ambassador / Flyer Distribution Crew
· Location: Neighborhoods and businesses surrounding the New Orleans Healing Center (or your local area).
· Time Commitment: Fully Flexible! Complete your shift whenever it works for your schedule.
· Deadline: All distribution must be completed by October 25th.
Responsibilities (The "What")
This is an easy, high-impact role perfect for active individuals and students needing flexible service hours. Duties include:
· Picking up a packet of event flyers at a designated time/location.
· Distributing flyers to homes (e.g., door hangers) and high-traffic local businesses in your assigned or preferred neighborhood route.
· Following simple instructions to ensure maximum visibility for the flyers.
