Join us for our 2025 Family Volunteer Day on November 22 from 9A - 12P to wrap gifts for in-need families for this winter season.
HandsOn hosts a large toy-giveaway for low-income families during the December holidays. At our distribution, volunteers engage children with fun cookie decorating activities while parents browse from a variety of brand-new toys, fames, and gifts for their family members, ages toddler to teens.
We need help wrapping gifts! Volunteers use color-coded wrapping paper to denote the toys’ gender and age. Your service keeps the holiday magic alive for a child!
- This volunteer activity will be outdoors, dress accordingly for November New Orleans Weather.
- Arrive on time (9A) and on site at 2831 St Claude Ave., New Orleans, LA 70118.
- Free parking is located along Press St., Marias St., and in the surrounding neighborhood.
- This is a family volunteer day, children must be accompanied by an adult.
