The scope of work will include a variety of tasks including the following:
1) Pouring paint from individual cans and buckets into large containment totes. The totes will free up additional space in our yard, allow us to have a more accurate count of paint, and provide greater containment controls. This task can be setup to capture the competitive spirit by breaking volunteers into teams to see which ones can fill up the totes with the best times and accuracy!
2) Processing waste paint by mixing hardener into paint buckets with drill mixers and moving the processed buckets to cure for safe disposal.
