- Write a note of thanks to a health care worker or essential worker.
- Sign up to volunteer virtually here or here.

- Perform a random act of kindness for a neighbor or stranger
- Reach out via phone or social media to a loved one or community member and practice active/empathetic listening.
- Donate money to a local, national or international non-profit.

- Learn more about a social justice or environmental issue that is meaningful to you and take recommended action steps.
