High Voltage needs several Santa Helper Elves to decorate Santa's Workshop prior to a Toys for Tots , Toy Giveaway on December 17 at the Sojourner Truth Neighborhood Center. Elves will decorate a Christmas Tree, walls and tables in preparation from a visit from kids.
