Councilwoman Kristin G. Palmer is providing a weekly drive up and walk up food pantry for COVID- 19 food Relief every Friday at Arthur Monday Center in Algiers
Volunteers are needed to help with food distribution and setup/cleanup of site. Volunteer hours are as followed:
- First Shift: 8AM-10AM
- Second Shift: 10AM-12PM
Duties:
- Help set up tables
- Receive food delivery, assemble pantry boxes, and distribution of boxes
- Cleanup at end of shift
Requirements:
- Must be 18-59 yrs. old
- Must in good health (i.e. no symptoms)
- Be comfortable working in close proximity to others, while following all safety and sanitary requirements
Please show up an hour prior to shift
