The Creed Group

The Creed Group of Louisiana is a mental health center, substance abuse treatment facility, and detox rehab that assists the marginalized population. Services provided include, but are not limited to, medication management, a detox center, outpatient substance abuse intensive program, partial hospitalization program, psychosocial rehabilitation services, treatment planning, crisis intervention services, behavioral health services and more.
