Who We Are

Brothers at Peace is an organization created to provide care, recreation, and enriching programs to male youth 10 to 17 years of age.  We aim to nurture potential, promote healthy living, and foster social responsibility that will build a community where young people are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential in mind, body and spirit.

What We Do

Our mission is to help youth build strong character and realize their full potential as responsible citizens and leaders.  We provide ongoing relationships with caring adults, life-enhancing programs for young people, and effective educational programs for kids and young adults to promote character building.  Brothers at Peace will train in the areas of civic responsibility to prepare the young people of New Orleans to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of social responsibility. Our goal is to supply the necessary resources to existing, well-established community projects that provide the city’s youth with essential life skills in order to ensure the success of future generations.
