Join us for a meaningful volunteer opportunity supporting local seniors on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
Volunteers will assemble Shelter-in-Place Kits designed to provide seniors with essential items and helpful resources during an emergency. After assembling the kits, volunteers will pair up and visit senior homes to deliver the kits, explain how the items can be used, and spend time connecting and socializing with the residents.
This is a great opportunity to volunteer with purpose while also building meaningful personal connections within our community. No special experience is required—just a willingness to help, listen, and spend time with others.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Arrive at The Resiliency Center at 8:30AM. Senior center locations will be given in person.
