On May 20, at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans, in front of a panel of professional chefs and celebrity guests, the finest bakeries in the area will compete to be the Best Croissant in New Orleans. The Southern Food & Beverage Museum needs a few volunteers to help manage the event and keep the museum as crumb-free as possible!
