SpringMOOR Food Truck Festival Volunteers are needed. SpringMOOR Food Truck Festival Set Up Volunteer are asked to arrive at 4:00 pm before the event to assist with set up. Springmoor is the Broadmoor Improvement Association's (BIA) premier annual fundraising and neighborhood engagement event. It will take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12 at the Rosa F. Keller Library Lawn located on 4300 S. Broad Avenue (nearby the intersection of Broad, Napoleon and Fontainebleau.
Volunteer tasks include:
- Help organizers in preparing event setups and breakdown including stage decorations, table, and seating arrangements, and registration and vendor booths
- Distribute handout materials or event souvenirs to attendees upon entering the venue
- Usher guests toward their seats or direct them toward restrooms, and food trucks when inquired
- Assist staff in the merchandise area and children game booths
- Facilitate the collection of garbage around the event area and make sure that they are segregated properly
- Provide assistance to the security team including crowd management
- Cooperate in tearing down of event setup and cleaning up the venue
