The Broadmoor Improvement Association is hosting our premier fundraising and neighborhood engagement event Trick or Treatmoor on Friday, October 27th from 4 - 7 pm at the Arts and Wellness Center (3900 General Taylor St, New Orleans, LA, 70125). Volunteers are needed to help set up at 3 pm and breakdown at 7 pm.
Volunteers are asked to wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing or even your Halloween costume at this event.
The Broadmoor Improvement Association (BIA) welcomes students in need of community service hours, adjudicated community service volunteers and members of the community simply looking to get involved. Volunteers with the following charges (past or present) are not eligible to complete their hours at The BIA: theft of any kind, sexual assault or misconduct of any kind, or violent crime of any kind.
Volunteers are need to help with:
Set up tables and halloween decor at 3 pm - 4 pm
Assist with TrickorTrEATMOOR booths 4 pm - 6:45 pm
Breakdown at 7 pm - 8 pm
